Wunderman Seattle wanted a unique experience to attract summer interns and keep them engaged. So we turned learning about the business, clients, and our culture into a game.
Our web-based game gave interns points and badges for completing weekly missions. They could then see how they stacked up to their peers on the digital leaderboard.
Four years later, the game is still going and remains an experience Wunderman interns love.
