A new brand to reflect a changing industry
The construction industry across the U.S. is facing a shortage in skilled trade workers. To help recruit the younger generations into the skilled trades, The Associated General Contractors Oregon-Columbia Chapter (AGC) partnered with us to revision their brand.
Against an outdated perception of the skilled trades, our main focus was to showcase the real workers, benefits and growth opportunities a career in the trades can offer. Based on industry and audience research, we built a fresh new verbal and visual brand in addition to a new website, custom video and photography, paid marketing strategy, printed materials, social influencers and trade show collateral.
