Data driven strategy
To help develop T-Mobile’s base communications strategy, our team pulled thousands of data points of current customers, marketing trends, and previous campaign results. My job was to make it make sense. Easy, right? After weeks of deciphering the data and creating understandable infographics, the first Year In Review was created.
The project was such a success, we continued to develop the Year in Review book for years, helping our clients understand their communications and customers to better serve and retain them.
