Changing lives with a career in behavioral health
Facing a significant shortage of behavioral health workers, the Washington State Health Care Authority needed to build awareness and interest around certain careers with a focus on the BIPOC audience.
The 4 year statewide multi language campaign was rooted in industry research and focus group insights to guide the development of the audience personas, strategy and paid execution. To connect to the audience in an authentic way, we found and leveraged real behavioral health workers across all assets. Our integrated marketing campaign included video, social, digital, OOH, events and a custom built website highlighting a fun interactive career quiz.
