More than a welcome kit
Wunderman Seattle wanted a unique experience to attract summer interns and keep them engaged. Our solution was to turn learning about the business, clients and culture into a summer long game.
Our web-based game gave interns points and badges for completing weekly missions. From finding the local bar to taking someone to coffee, the missions had the interns exploring the city in addition to interacting with all departments across the company, fostering relationships and a fun environment. Throughout the duration of the game, they could see how they stacked up to their fellow interns on a digital leaderboard, the winner of course won a prize at the end.
