Access to affordable health coverage
The Washington Health Benefit Exchange runs the statewide marketplace; a hub for all residents to find, compare and get health insurance. Regardless of employment or citizenship, their goal is to reduce the gap of the uninsured through qualified traffic to their site and enrollments for health plans.
With a focus on hard-to-reach communities, we launched a statewide, multi language campaign that included video, social, OOH, print, earned and paid media as well as events. Our creative direction was rooted in design trends and consumer research. Coming out of COVID 19, we knew consumers needed a positive, uplifting campaign that empowered them to take control of their health and informing consumers the Exchange is not an insurance company, rather a trusted resource to help them find the best plan. Our visual approach leveraged bright fun colors, a script font and a custom photo shoot with real Washingtonians. Throughout the campaign, we tested and optimized assets to ensure the highest level of engagement and enrollments.
